Fantastic breakfast, clean and chic hotel. Magnificent views to the sea along the road from exceptionally clean rooms. A comfortable decor. Great and fantastic location just next door to the pier, the Crown and Anchor and the Locanda Della Duca, the beachfront and several areas, could not be better. Near The Macguffin Project.

The breakfast selection was really tasty and gorgeous with fresh churned butter and homemade bread, for example. Marvellous central location right by the pier, the Crown and Anchor and the Locanda Della Duca, the town centre and public transport and The Marina, The Pier, The Bandstand and of course the long walk across The South Downs. I visited The Hop really close to the venue for a few drinks.
